JLUAT Has Successfully Been Approved For 21 Supply-demand Employment

And Education Projects Of The Second Phase Of The Ministry of Education

Recently, the College Student Department of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the approval list of the second phase of supply-demand employment and education projects. We have successfully been approved for 21 supply-demand employment and education projects through the cooperation with 9 companies, including JINOCCO Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Internet Based Engineering Co., Ltd, Beijing China Green Zhongtian Ecological and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd, etc. Specifically, there are 7 employment internship base projects, 12 human resource improvement projects, 1 university-enterprise cooperation project in key areas, and 1 targeted talent training project.

 

        The supply-demand employment and education projects are a measure to implement the decisions and deployments of the central CPC and the State Council on "stabilizing employment" and "ensuring employment", aiming to promote the linkage between talent cultivation and employment, as well as the integration of talent supply and demand. We have maintained stable university-enterprise cooperation with a group of high-quality enterprises and established multiple "employment and education internship bases", which will further expand the employment channels for graduates, while assisting in the development of enterprises.

 

        The successful establishment of the project is not only a significant achievement of our university's in-depth cooperation with enterprises, but also a solid foundation for strengthening the reform of talent cultivation mode and exploring new ways of employment and education. We will continue to optimize our resource integration capabilities, collaborate with employers to promote project implementation, actively build university-enterprise cooperation platforms, strengthen process management, and improve the collaborative education mechanism of industry-education integration. We will take this opportunity to promote a positive interaction between talent cultivation and social needs, thereby further enhancing students' employment competitiveness and ensuring high-quality employment for our graduates.
