11月3日，省科技厅在长春举办了引智管理与服务工作培训班。省科技厅副厅长、省外专局局长刘宝芳出席培训班并作动员讲话。

On November 3, Jilin Department of Science and Technology held a training course on intellectual introduction, management and service in Changchun. Liu Baofang, Deputy Director-General of Jilin Department of Science and Technology and Director-General of Jilin Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs, attended the training course and delivered a speech.

本次培训班围绕此前调查研究情况设置了丰富的课程内容，包含外国人来华工作许可、引智服务工作等业务讲解，还根据外国专家就医难的情况，邀请吉林大学第一医院、吉林大学第二医院、吉林大学中日联谊医院、吉林大学口腔医院、长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院等省内重点医院的相关负责同志为外国专家和用人单位讲解外国人就医流程，并讲授保健和疾病预防知识，受到了参训学员的欢迎和好评。

This training course has set up a rich course based on the previous investigation and research, including explanations of Foreigner's Work Permits and intellectual introduction services. Given the difficulties in foreign experts' medical treatment, responsible people from key hospitals in Jilin province, including the First Hospital of Jilin University, the Second Hospital of Jilin University, China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University, the Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University, the Third Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, were invited to give lectures about the procedures of foreigners' medical treatment to foreign experts and employers, and taught the knowledge of health care and disease prevention, which was welcomed and praised by the participants.

各市（州）科技局外专工作负责人员，省内重点用人单位专办员和部分外国专家近120人参加培训。Nearly 120 people from Municipal (prefecture-level) Bureau of Science and Technology, office members of key employers in the province and some foreign experts participated in the training.
