National R&D Base for Near-zero Energy Consumption Buildings in Severe Cold Regions


近零能耗建筑研发基地

本示范建筑(约1200平米)结合严寒地区的气候特征和资源禀赋,创新应用高保温性能围护结构、高气密性和避免热桥等最新建筑节能技术,带有太阳能耦合的多能互补型地源热泵系统,带有全热回收的新风系统,毛细管辐射供热/供冷末端系统,风光互补并网发电和光伏与建筑一体化,智能监测及数据可视化等六大创新技术,与浙江陆特能源科技、哈尔滨森鹰门窗、天普太阳能、易达光电、长春建工新吉润等10多家企业共同打造出我省首个“更加节能、更加舒适、更好空气品质、更高质量保障”的人居环境,并形成适宜产业化推广的,多项建筑节能和清洁能源及可再生能源利用技术集成,具有完全自主知识产权的创新技术体系。


The demonstration building covers an area of about 1,200 square meters, and was designed in accordance with the climate characteristics and resource endowments of severe cold regions. In this building, the most advanced energy-saving technologies, such as high thermal insulation performance envelope structure, high air tightness and avoiding thermal bridges, are applied. Moreover, six innovative technologies, including multi-energy complementary ground source heat pump system with solar coupling, fresh air system with full-heat recovery, capillary radiant heating/cooling terminal system, wind-solar complementary grid-connected power generation and photovoltaic and building integrated system, and intelligent monitoring and data visualization technology, are integrated in the building.

In the construction of this demonstration building, we cooperate with more than 10 companies, such as Zhejiang Lute Energy Technology, Harbin Senying Doors and Windows, Temple Solar, Yida Optoelectronics, Changchun Construction Engineering New Jirun, etc, in an attempt to create the first living environment in our province featuring “more energy-efficient, more comfortable, better air quality, and higher quality assurance”. Meanwhile, an innovative technology system with completely independent intellectual property rights is achieved and applied for industrialization and promotion by integrating multiple building energy-saving and clean energy and renewable energy utilization technologies.

依托此示范建筑成功立项:国家住建部科学技术示范项目,吉林省重点科技攻关项目,全国首批超低能耗建筑标志性项目,被遴选为国家十三五重点科技研发计划“近零能耗建筑技术体系及关键技术开发”和“基于全过程的大数据绿色建筑管理技术研究与示范”全国重点跟踪项目,被中国建筑节能协会作为“中国好建筑”向全球推送,2020年通过国家首批近零能耗建筑运行标识测评,被中国建筑科学研究院纳入全国“十三五超低/近零能耗建筑最佳案例集”,在行业内乃至全国引起较大反响。

On the basis of the construction of this demonstration building, a number of project have been approved as the science and technology demonstration projects of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, key scientific and technological projects of Jilin Province, and the first batch of landmark projects with ultra-low energy consumption. This demonstration building has been listed in the national key scientific and technological research and development plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan of "Near-Zero Energy Building Technology System and Key Technology Development" and "Research and Demonstration of Green Building Management Technology Based on Whole-Process Big Data". Meanwhile, this demonstration building has been promoted as "China's Quality Building" by China Building Energy Conservation Association. In 2020, this demonstration building has passed the first batch of near-zero energy consumption building operation logo evaluation, and has been included in the national "13th Five-Year Ultra-low/Near-Zero Energy Building Best Case Collection" by the China Academy of Building Research. It has impacted the industry and even the whole country.

作为永久性展示、现场教学和科研基地,为我校建筑学、建筑环境与能源应用、建筑电气与智能化、新能源应用工程等10多个专业的师生提供教学和科研创新训练平台,并与有关高校联合培养研究生。


As a permanent exhibition for on-site teaching and research, this demonstration building provides a teaching and research innovation training platform for the faculties and students majored in architecture, building environment and energy applications, building electrical and intelligent, and new energy application engineering. It also helps with the joint training of graduate students with other universities.

The Staff From Policy Research Office of State Council and other National and Provincial Departments Visited the Research and Development Base of Nearly-zero Energy Consumption Buildings in Our University.


依托此基地建立了吉林省《建筑清洁能源工程研究中心》、《绿色建造与发展管理研究中心》和《严寒地区浅层地热能利用与多能互补校企联合技术创新实验室》;与中国建筑节能协会共建清洁能源应用产业学院(获批吉林省首批示范性现代产业学院);与哈尔滨工业大学共建《相变蓄能技术实验室》和博士研究生工作站;授权专利25项,其中发明专利3项;《严寒地区超低能耗建筑及多能互补技术体系的应用研究》被评为吉林省土木建筑学会科技进步一等奖。


Based on this demonstration building, we have established several projects, such as “Clean Energy Engineering Research Center of Jilin Province", "Green Construction and Development Management Research Center" and "Shallow-layer Geothermal Energy Utilization and Multi-energy Complementary School-Enterprise Joint Technology Innovation Laboratory in Severe Cold Area". It helps the joint effort to build a clean energy application industry University, which has been approved in the first batch of exemplary modern industry colleges in Jilin province. We co-build the "Phase Change Energy Storage Technology Laboratory" and a doctoral researcher workstation with Harbin Institute of Technology. 25 authorized patents, including 3 invention patents, were produced. Among them, "Application Research of Ultra-low Energy Building and Multi-energy Complementary Technology System in Severe Cold Area" was awarded the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Jilin province.
