Recently, the Education Department of Jilin Province sent a commendation letter to JLUAT, fully praising our achievements in the employment of 2022 graduates!

The year 2022 is an extraordinary year. Affected by the COVID-19 and other factors, the employment difficulty of college graduates is far greater than before. We firmly shoulder our political responsibilities, and thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and speeches during his inspection of Jilin Province and the significant instructions during his inspection of Yibin University. According to the deployment and requirements of the Ministry of Education, the provincial party committee and the provincial government, we put the employment of college graduates in a prominent position, overcome difficulties and challenges to stabilize and expand employment, and promote graduates to stay in the province for employment and entrepreneurship. At present, the implementation rate of the first graduation destination of 2022 graduates is 87.06%. The implementation rate of the graduation destination within the province is 35.17%, higher than the average of that during the 13th Five Year Plan period. The satisfaction of graduates reaches over 90%, with 30% of graduates signing contracts with central and state-owned enterprises

In terms of employment, we integrate resources to ensure the post demand of graduates. Adhering to the guidance of "Top 100 enterprises entering the campus", with the main form of "Comprehensive Air Double Election + Star Enterprise Network Special Session + Accurate Promotion of Recruitment Information", we have conducted in-depth cooperation with Zhilian recruitment, 51job, cloud employment, construction talent network and other platforms. In March, April and May, we organized three phases of comprehensive air double election online, with a total of over 4,500 enterprises participating in the job fairs, which provided graduates with more than 36,000 effective posts, hitting a new high over the years. We accurately push job demand information every day through employment websites and employment WeChat groups. Meanwhile, we take advantage of our inherent employment market resources, and invite enterprises in the employment information database for online recruitment. Up to now, we have organized more than 80 special recruitment sessions. In addition, we also strive to expand alumni resources to drive graduates’ employment within the province. So far, we have organized 19 alumni enterprise online recruitment.

The commendation letter from the Department of Education is an encouragement and spur to JLUAT, encouraging our employment work to move forward bravely. We will continue to make every effort to promote the employment of 2023 graduates to meet the victory of the 20th CPC National Congress with practical actions.
