In the afternoon of October 3, a delegation of 8 led by Shan Liancheng, Deputy Director General of Education Department of Jilin Province, and Zhan Xiaoguang, Vice Chairman, Kuancheng District School Resident Special Team Leader, came to JLUAT to inspect and guide epidemic prevention and control, students' return to school, campus safety management, etc. Chairman of the Board Chen Yitian, Principal Han Liqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee Han Qiuye, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal Lyu Haisheng, Principal Assistant Wang Hongweiand other leaders accompanied the inspection and made reports.

     The inspection team and university leaders held a report meeting in the conference room. At the meeting, Lyu Haisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal, reported to the inspection team the basic situation of students returning to school and the key issues of epidemic prevention and control. Han Liqiang, the Principal of the University, reported on the follow-up arrangements for epidemic prevention and control and students' return to school. Chen Yitian, Chairman of the Board, reported on the safety issues, including the troubleshooting of hidden dangers and canteen safety. The inspection team held in-depth exchanges with university leaders on some issues.

Zhan Xiaoguang highly recognized the epidemic prevention and control of JLUAT. She stated that JLUAT had done meticulous and rigorous epidemic prevention and control, and Kuancheng District authorities would certainly provide better cooperation and guarantee for students returning to school from epidemic prevention and transportation etc.

Shen Shouquan conducted a comprehensive dormitory inspection, and believed that JLUAT had completed a standardized and effective task in epidemic prevention and control.

Subsequently, the inspection team checked various work ledgers of epidemic prevention and control, and reviewed the image data of the daily management of the campus monitoring, for a further understanding of epidemic prevention and control in the University.

Shan Liancheng emphasized that:

1. We should pay attention to the order of students' registration and traffic safety at the gate, and serve students' return to school;

2. We should guarantee the living needs of students and strengthen the management of key areas such as canteens and business streets. Besides, we must always be vigilant to campus safety, such as electricity use and fire safety in students' dormitories and laboratories;

3. We should pay attention to the ideological and political education of students, and timely guide their mental health problems;

4. We can arrange appropriate campus activities for students returning early.
