The Sino-French Education Cooperation Project Negotiation ConferenceWas Successfully Held

On the afternoon of April 11th, our university received a delegation led by Mr.Giandon, therepresentativeof theuniversities fromFrance, for visits and negotiations for the first time. Han Qiuye, Secretary of the School Party Committee, andWang Ying, Vice President, accompanied the entire visit. Mr. Giandon has previously served as the head of the French Higher Education Agency at the Consulate General of France in Shenyang, as well as the director of the International Department at the University of Besancon and the University of Bordeaux in France, and currently the director of the International Department at the Truwa High School of Business. 

Thegroup of four led by Mr.Giandonfirst visited our art museum, highly praising the innovative ability and artistic expression of students from theSchool of Creative Design, and expressing gratitude through English inscriptions on site.

 

After that, the Sino French educational cooperation project negotiation conferencewas held on the seventh floor of the library.Han Qiuye first welcomed the guests, and introduced the current development status of the university. Subsequently, the School of Creative Design and the School of Management Engineering introduced their respective professional course characteristics. Both parties discussed how to match the majors of the two universities. Finally, we held discussions on future educational cooperation projects, determining the direction of undergraduate master's joint training cooperation, short-term exchange of business in design majors, and “2+1+2”junior-to-masterprograms.

 

The bilateral relationship between China and France maintains a high level of political mutual trust, and cooperation and exchanges between the two sideshave beencarried out in multiple fields. France is equipped with high-quality educational resources. In the context of international exchange and openness, this Sino French Education Cooperation Project Negotiation Conference will definitely bring more opportunities and platforms to our students.
