Two Courses of the University Approved National First-class Undergraduate Courses

        Recently, the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Announcement of the Recognition Results of the Second Batch of National First-class Undergraduate Courses (JGH [2023] No. 7). The university's courses "Water Pump and Pumping Station" and "Advanced Mathematics" have been recognized as national first-class undergraduate courses in online and offline hybrid and offline formats, respectively, placing it at the forefront among private universities in the province. This recognition reflects the phased achievements of the university's adherence to the principle of "teaching material based, four regressions" and marks a historic breakthrough in the construction of first-class courses.

        To date, the university has established 2 national first-class undergraduate courses, 20 provincial first-class undergraduate courses, 42 university-level first-class undergraduate courses, and 32 university-level "golden courses" construction projects. This has cultivated a favorable atmosphere where teachers value course construction, focus on classroom teaching, and actively participate in curriculum reform, which paves the way for the construction of first-class undergraduate programs in the university.
